Divisions

Age divisions

Every competitor is grouped by age — youth, junior, adult, and masters. Exact age bands are in each discipline's rulebook.

Sparring — age & weight

Sparring divisions are set by age and weight. There are no belt divisions. Weigh-ins are held at registration; full weight tables are in the rulebooks.

Forms & weapons — all belts

One division, every rank. Forms and weapons are open to all belts.
