The Ontario regional championships are set for this month. Competitors must remember that this year we will have continuous point sparring competition. In fact the continuous divisions will start the event at 9:00am. Competitors can weigh-in and register on Friday night from 6:00-9:00pm at the convention centre or on Saturday morning starting at 8:00am. This year the cost will remain the same as last year. Events are $50 each for the first three. Each event after the first three, are free. We look forward to seeing everyone in London on April 17th.

WKC Canada Judges Meeting

Black Belts wishing to judge at the Ontario Regionals can attend a meeting on Friday, April 16th to review the rules for 2010. The meeting will be held at the London Convention Centre [same place as registration] and will run from 7:00-8:30pm. All Black Belts interested in judging not only at the Regionals, but perhaps the Nationals and eventually maybe the World Championships are invited to attend.

Northern Ontario Regional

The Northern Ontario regional is set for April 24th in Sault Ste. Marie. This event hosted by John Gencarelli and is the most prestigious event in Northern Ontario. Over the years many of our National competitors and Canadian and World Champions like John Reid and Jen Black have come from this region. We look forward to another great year of competition in the Soo.
